The Child Health Clinic provides medical screening services for children birth to 18 years of age. Services include: primary care (including sick children), physical examinations, which include a developmental screening, dental, hearing and vision screenings, preventive education, nutrition, and laboratory screenings. The Child Health Clinic is a Carolina Access provider. Fees for service are based on family size and income.
